Thank you for choosing SkverStreet! This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after you place your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship to the following locations:

  • Domestic (Spain): Delivery within 2-3 business days.

  • EU Countries: Delivery within 2-6 business days.
    United States of America: Delivery within 2-8 business days.

  • International (Other Regions): Delivery within 5-20 business days.

Shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its status until it arrives.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applicable to international orders. These charges are not included in the order total at checkout.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occur due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Courier delays

  • Weather or other unforeseen events

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us within 24 hours of placing it at skverstreet@gmail.com. After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipped.
